Project Manager
to help us
create real backend efficiency
across client work and internal teams.

This role is about turning complexity into clean systems, using the right project management tools to reduce friction, improve visibility, and keep delivery tight.

What you'll do

• Design and own backend workflows using PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Monday, etc.)
• Create structure around timelines, dependencies, and delivery
• Reduce follow-ups, confusion, and rework through better systems
• Coordinate across strategy, creative, content, and leadership
