Project Manager (Plastic Injection Molding)

Job Qualification Requirements

• Education : Graduate of Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or any related course).
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the plastic injection molding industry, with at least 5 years in project management or engineering leadership capacity. Hands‑on experience in tooling, mold design, product development, and process validation (PPAP, FAI, DOE).
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of injection molding machines, tooling design, mold trials, and material amelities. Proficient in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, and control plan development.
• Systems Familiarity : Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 systems. Excellent project scheduling, cost estimation, and risk management.
