This role involves working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The PMO Project Manager oversees all aspects of project management, including project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder management, and project governance, across a variety of projects. This role is critical in providing the structure and processes necessary for the successful delivery of projects and programs within the organisation.
