Job Scope

• Provide end-to-end project management services covering design development, submissions, procurement, construction management, and final handover.
• Plan, organize, and control all project elements, identify contractual discrepancies, and mitigate commercial, technical, and site risks while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Lead conceptual studies, authority submissions, pre-design and detailed design, procurement activities, and the management of subcontractors for construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of building and M&E systems.
