- Plans, organizes, and controls the project/ sub-projects with minor complexity (up to project classification class D), risk, impact and reach,
- Key communication interface (for project related matters),representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc).
- Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.
- Uses Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation
- Drives problem solving activities within the project using standard Infineon trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys.
