Responsibilities

• Work with clients to identify potential business opportunities
• Estimate projects and submit tenders
• Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions
• Maintain valuable relationships with suppliers, consultants, general contractors, and end users
• Manage project financials (including billing), purchasing, schedules, and labor
• Mitigate project risk, deficiencies, and estimate changes as needed
• Work with internal stakeholders, field staff, and customers to ensure projects remain on track, on budget, and meet expectations
