  CURRENT OPPORTUNITY:  CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Read and interpret Architectural and MEP design documents.

+ Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs

+ Knowledge of general construction, carpentry, electrical, mechanical systems a must

+ Estimate projects

+ Create comprehensive project schedules, manage, and maintain schedules
