PROJECT MANAGER / CONTRACTS MANAGER
Day Rates: £320 - £370 OR Salary Up to £65K
12 Month Contract OR Permanent (Central Belt projects)
Major Residential Development | Edinburgh

Permanent Includes: Car Allowance | Private Healthcare | 35 Days Holiday | Pension
A specialist roofing and cladding contractor delivering a significant package on one of Edinburgh's flagship residential developments are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to start ASAP.
The right candidate understands how to operate within a Tier 1 contractor environment and can protect programme, commercial position and contractual entitlement throughout the project lifecycle.
This is not a site manager role.
We already have specialist and experienced operational management in place. We need someone who can manage the contract, track delays, challenge programme impacts, maintain robust records, and ensure the business is protected a...
