Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the planning, execution, and successful implementation of construction projects.
• Develops both long-term and short-term project plans, set milestones, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Delegate project tasks effectively to employees, ensuring the right personnel handle specific tasks.
• Acts as the main contact for multiple teams, ensuring that all team efforts are aligned.
• Ensure compliance with construction checklists and monitor construction processes.
• Prepares detailed end-of-project reports, providing validation and summary of the work completed.
• Regularly visits construction sites to assess progress and address any issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam - Licensed Civil Engineer) is required.
