Project Manager

Qualifications:

• At least 2–3 years experience as Project Manager
• With experience in construction projects, preferably fit-out works
• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, cost control, and site supervision
• Can handle multiple projects and work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects
• Coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Monitoring site progress, manpower, and material requirements
• Preparation of reports and project updates for management
