Project Manager - Railway Safety & O&M (Saudi Arabia)

The Project Manager will lead and manage railway safety and inspection activities for key railway operation and maintenance projects across Saudi Arabia.

• Conduct scheduled supervisory visits and technical inspections at major railway projects (e.g., Haramain High-Speed Railway, Riyadh Metro, Etihad Rail).
• Lead on-site investigations immediately following railway accidents or incidents.
• Prepare and submit detailed monitoring and investigation reports within prescribed timelines (usually within two weeks).
• Review, update, and contribute to railway policies, regulations, and procedural documents as requested by regulatory authorities.
• Participate in meetings with railway operators and government transport authorities, both remote and in person.
