project, specifically tailored to airport security and immigration processes at major airports in Pakistan. The project involves managing the design, development, and implementation of e-gate systems, which are vital for automating passenger screening and border control operations.

Responsibilities
:

• Oversee the entire project from inception to completion.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Address project issues and risks, proposing solutions and managing resources efficiently.

Requirements
:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in large infrastructure or technology projects.
