Project Manager

Our Client, Precious Promises Early Learning Centre (PPELC) requires the services of a highly experienced Project Manager to support the monitoring, coordination, and successful delivery of a daycare renovation project. The Project Manager will oversee construction activities, stakeholder coordination, and project controls to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and execution strategy, in consultation with PPELC leadership, the architect, and contractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project progress across all phases of the renovation, including demolition, construction, installations, and finishing works, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
