This opportunity suits an experienced Residential Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to take real ownership of delivery, systems, and performance across multiple concurrent builds.

You'll play a pivotal leadership role overseeing end-to-end construction delivery from post-contract through to handover and warranty, ensuring programmes, budgets, procurement, compliance, and reporting remain tightly controlled across the portfolio.

Working primarily from the Ingleburn office (7am-5pm) with vehicle-supported site visits for quality and progress oversight, this is a genuine career move offering long-term stability, operational influence, and the ability to help shape how a scaling residential builder delivers projects into the future.
