:The Opportunity:
Lead the execution of medium-sized projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environmental requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.
How you will make an impact:
Project leadership: This position leads the project team assigned to the project, defining the primary guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to ensure all tasks and milestones are accomplished. The position also provides performance feedback on the allocation of resources for project work.
Planning and Scheduling: This department, in collaboration with the Project Controls department, defines all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedules, and risk management plans.
