El Project Manager es responsable de liderar la gestión integral de proyectos y/o programas, colaborando estrechamente con líderes de negocio, sponsors y expertos funcionales para definir objetivos estratégicos y traducirlos en iniciativas concretas de cambio.

A través de la aplicación de metodologías alineadas a PMI/PMBOK y mejores prácticas de la industria, asegura la ejecución exitosa de las iniciativas, cumpliendo con los objetivos de alcance, tiempo, costo, calidad y beneficio...
