Job Description

LG Innotek Mexico is seeking a Project Manager for the Lighting Solution (LS) business. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage mass production projects for LS products for North American customers
  • Monitor and manage project schedule, quality, and readiness across key milestones
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks through cross-functional collaboration (development, production, quality, etc.)
  • Support customer communication and ensure smooth mass production readiness
  • Track project progress and drive continuous improvement activities
Qualifications : Required
  • Spanish communication skills (business or conversational level)
  • Understanding of automotive development processes (APQP, IATF 16949, etc.)
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
