• Administer and manage online market research projects end-to-end
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and maintain direct client contact throughout all project phases
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions
• Oversee customer specifications, quality control processes, and data collection scheduling

• 1‑2 years of experience in market research firms
