Project Manager - Scrum Master

**What will you do:**

+ Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and deliver high-quality products, focusing on creating high value increments that eventually meet the Definition of Done.
+ Ensure that the team is delivering the committed work on time and within the agreed scope, while ensuring optimal performance and the elimination of blockers.
+ Track and report on the progress of the team, ensuring that the status of sprints, work completion, and risks are communicated to stakeholders regularly.
+ Establish and extend best practices enterprise-wide by continuously iterating on Program Management processes and capturing best practices
