Project Manager | Scrum Master

Overview

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive Project Manager / Scrum Master to support the CTO in delivering technology projects efficiently using Agile methodologies. This role will ensure smooth sprint execution, timely project delivery, and strong collaboration across engineering and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Plan, track, and deliver technology projects aligned with business priorities.
• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO on planning, priorities, and execution.
• Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Maintain project documentation and delivery metrics.
