Project Manager

Responsible for the daily operations of the projects assigned and ensure that the approved business plans are realized in accordance within the set timelines through effective coordination of multiple projects teams and efficient use of resources.

Responsible in coordinating of development of master plan, layout plans, details building plans, tender drawings, Sales purchase agreement, specifications and requirements, and other planning works. This is including liaising and supervises consultant teams with regards to civil and M&E infrastructure master plan.

Responsible and work closely with marketing & sales department, design department, cost & contract department, and other internal departments relating to the project to produce product which fulfil market needs and trend, with compliance to budgeted cost and materials optimization.
