Project Manager / Senior Engineer - Municipal Linear Infrastructure

Role Description We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Senior Engineer (or Senior Designer) with deep, hands‑on experience in municipal linear infrastructure projects within the GTA. This role is suited for a technically strong professional who understands the full lifecycle of projects, from design through construction, and can lead complex water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure assignments.

Role Accountabilities

Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects—including watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems—from concept development through detailed design and construction.

Oversee and review engineering design deliverables (plans, profiles, specifications, and cost estimates) to ensure all documentation meets quality standards.

Coordinate with municipal clients such as the City of Toronto, Region of Peel, and Mississauga, as well as utilities and regulatory agencies, throughout each project phase.
