• 7+ years of working experience as a Project Manager
• Can independently manage projects of large size (6M and above) and complexity with minimal guidance from the program managers.
• Proficiency in Planview and MS office suite of products (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio
• Proficiency in managing financial aspect of the project like forecasting, planning, estimating, budgeting, funding, managing project expenses
• Proficiency in reporting project progress through dashboard presentations, project metrics, trend analysis, executive reporting
• Insurance knowledge is a must

• Working experience in PM organization structure and knows project management best practices.
