Project Manager-Senior Project Manager (IT)

We are hiring a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager on behalf of our client in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and SMEs in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
• Prepare regular status updates covering progress, risks, issues, and budget tracking.
• Organise project meetings, document minutes, and maintain proper records for governance and audit purposes.
• Contribute to enhancing PMO processes, tools, and workflows.
• Support additional tasks or initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Project Manager: minimum 2+ years of IT project / PMO / project coordination experience
• Senior Project Manager: minimum 5+ years of relevant IT project delivery experience
