Define engineering standard, scope of work and design
Determine the focal point and organization based on project level
Establish the system design basis and project master schedule
Review and approve of detail design, sub-order and responding for major issue
Effective communication with other departments and customers
Representative for major meetings as Project manager of each project
Project team training for upgrading expert level
Knowledge of equipment for packaging
Activities (Purchasing, System Monitoring, Process Improvement, Maintenance etc)
Skilled at technical evaluation
Improved product for performance, cost and Established procedures (internal, external)
