Key Accountabilities Ensure the site is run in a safe and efficient manner that reflects the high standards that Joseph Gallagher Ltd are renowned for. Ensure the commercial performance of the contract is maximised. Produce procurement schedules and liaise with the procurement department to ensure sites have adequate resources to complete the tasks. Continually forecasting, keeping the team informed of forecasts and changes and managing the scope meticulously, so knowing the costs for unplanned construction work or resources and keeping that set-aside.
