Project Manager

The purpose of this role is to drive and oversee the delivery of the assigned projects to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project timelines for all KOL campaigns.
• Define milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation across the KOL team.
• Ensure alignment between client objectives and internal execution plans.
• Coordinate tasks between KOL Managers, Content Strategists, and Sourcing Specialists.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays.
• Maintain clear communication channels across teams and stakeholders.
• Track all deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to the KOL Director.
