What to expects on the role: Prepare accurate and detailed construction cost estimates in a BOQ (Bill of Quantities) or similar format, from high-level conceptual design through final construction document completion. Support the Cost Manager in the development of an overall Project Cost Plan. Research regional pricing of material and labor using published documents and market data. Produce detailed quantity take-offs using OST (or similar cost platform). Maintain cost benchmarking information as point of comparison to market data adjust as necessary...
