ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

PROJECT MANAGER

Report to Directors.

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of a specific project, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals, and ensuring profitability of each project.

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Lead and spearhead the operation and execution of the project from inception development phase to manufacturing start-up, site installation, and completion.
2. Lead the project and facilitate coordination with client, architect, consultant, and NSC.
3. Monitor site progress with site manager/coordinator/supervisor.
4. Develop project schedule.
5. Attend site meetings or progress meetings with client, architect, designer, consultant, and site project team.
