Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects, including new insurance product launches
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality targets
Plan and execute product launch activities in coordination with business, technology, and operations teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Manage stakeholder communication, including sponsors and steering committees
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation
Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and delivery commitments
Track milestones, manage changes, and re-baseline plans as required
Provide accurate project status, financial, and performance reporting
Ensure proper project closure, documentation, and handover post-launch
Skills/Requirement
Bachelor degree or Master degree in relevant field is required.
