Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery for structural packages involving Bondax composite systems, steel frameworks, and façade elements. Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams for metal structural works (e.g. curtain wall, cladding, sub-frames). Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical compliance and quality assurance. Manage project budgets, schedules, resource planning, and subcontractor performance from award to handover. Conduct risk assessments, technical reviews, and system compatibility checks across bonded panel and metal structural components. Oversee procurement and logistics planning for specialty materials (e.g., composite metal panels, anchor systems). Ensure adherence to local BCA regulations, safety standards, and QMS documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
