Project Manager

Job Description Requirements
Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Communicate and meeting with the client and all stakeholders to resolve all site issues
Responsible for planning of manpower schedule
Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained
Assist in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports
Other ad-hoc project duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor / management
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent certification from recognized institutions
Minimum 5 years relevant LOCAL experience in Building and Construction Site /Project Management
