Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan.
• Perform site visits and supervise construction works to ensure works are carried out in accordance to approved drawing, contract specifications, project requirements, schedule, safety & work quality standards, and recommend corrective actions when required;
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings.
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Coordinates with all project related personnel on day-to-day progress of work activities.
• Prepare, verify, and submit monthly progress claims promptly.
• Provide full support as required by the Management.

Qualifications:

• POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA.
• Minimum 12 years working experience.
