Project Manager

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate the programme of works
Coordinate with Architect, Civil & Structural Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and other consultants in supervision of the project to ensure compliance of drawings/specifications, approved work methods and authorities requirements
Establish the risk management, time management, cost planning and management system for the construction activities
Manage the Contractor on the construction of the project, including but not limited to monitoring submissions by Contractor and clearances from the consultants and relevant authorities
Identify / solve site problems. To liaise and coordinate with all Contractors, consultants and HDB (including the chairing of regular meetings) to ensure timely resolution of all site problems
Verify Contractor's progress payment
Supervise architectural works to achieve good workmanship
Monitor acceptance and commissioning tests/inspections
