PROJECT MANAGER

1. Project Planning & Management

• Lead and manage M&E works from project initiation to completion .

• Develop project plans, schedules, work programs, and execution strategies.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards .

2. Cost & Budget Control

• Prepare and manage project budgets , cost plans, and cash flow.

• Monitor project expenditure and control costs.

• Review and approve variation orders , claims, and final accounts.

• Coordinate with QS and finance teams for cost reporting.

3. Technical & Design Management
