Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the revamp of
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring alignment with clients strategic objectives and user research findings.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, sprint planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews to maintain project momentum.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
• Prepare and present project status reports, milestones updates, and performance metrics to various stakeholder groups.
