Project Manager

Responsible for execution of project management activities and scrum practices. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cybersecurity software solutions for the maritime sector.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, ensuring delivery milestones are met.
• Engage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle and escalate blockers early when needed.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies (such as sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospective) and ensure they are outcome-driven and time-boxed.
