Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLX) project, ensuring timely execution across multiple phases (Discovery, Inventory, Renewal, Post-Deployment)

Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across UOB (Application teams, Infrastructure, Network, Security, GIPS, Procurement) to align on project milestones and deliverables

Drive governance and compliance with SDM processes, TAGC/ITC requirements, and architecture gates

Manage vendor engagement for solution implementation, configuration, and integration

Oversee integration activities with UOB systems such as MCA (Microsoft CA), PWV (CyberArk PAM), Helix (ITSM), and CMDB

Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; elevate issues to PSC as needed

Prepare and present project status reports, financial tracking, and KPI updates to senior management
