Position: Project Manager
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: S$7,000 – S$10,000
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end civil and infrastructure projects.
Develop project schedules, method statements, and resource plans.
Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and construction activities.
Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation claims.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.
Ensure compliance with WSH, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related).
8–10 years' experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations.
Experience in team and subcontractor management.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Preferred
Experience in large infrastructure/sewerage/tunneling/airport projects.
Familiarity with PUB, LTA, BCA requirements.
