Project Manager

Job Description

• Act as the overall lead for the project and the primary point of contact with client
• Plan, manage, and oversee daily operations
• Ensure compliance with client safety rules, technical specifications, and productivity KPIs
• Manage supervisors, drivers, and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and continuity (including standby and floater resources)
• Coordinate with internal teams on training, fleet management, and logistics
• Prepare and review reports, KPI submissions, and incident investigations
• Lead risk management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in rail, track maintenance, or infrastructure works
