Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre‑construction planning to project completion and handover
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and statutory requirements

Consultant & Contractor Coordination

• Lead and coordinate with consultants (Architects, Structural, M&E and other consultants/specialists)
• Manage and coordinate all subcontractors to ensure timely deliverables
• Chair site meetings and ensure timely resolution of technical and site issues
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and workmanship on‑site

Cost, Procurement & Contracts

• Manage tendering, contract administration, variations, and progress claims in liaison with the Quantity Surveyor.
