 As a Project Manager in the Skill Development & Staffing, you will lead and drive the Skill & Employment Project in India, with a primary focus on sourcing, training, and facilitating employment for individuals in rural as well as Urban communities. Your objective is to empower candidates by providing the skills needed for sustainable employment, contributing to their socioeconomic development and the betterment of their communities.

 Identify and source potential candidates from various channels, including rural communities, educational institutions, and other relevant networks.
