Job Description
Site Agent/Project Manager-Sleaford (North of Peterborough)-OUTSIDE IR35 LONG TERM
Solution have just been given a great long term freelance role for a Site Agent/Project Manager to oversee Black Sluice IDB and involving works to control seepage around three pumping stations in the North Lincolnshire region.
Daily duties to include heading up the project including site paperwork (RAMs), planning of works, liaison with the Commercial Team, Material & Plant ordering, Health & Safety and attending regular meetings with the client and senior management.
To be considered you will be an experienced Site Agent or Project Manager with experience in the above works and ideally hold SMSTS, SEATS, First Aid at Work and EUSR CAT1&2 (training can be provided if 1 or 2 need doing).
Top rate on offer (to be discussed) again which is OUTSIDE IR35 and comes with a long term contract which will last through 2026 and beyond!
