Lead and oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and scope management of fixed-price web/cloud-based projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, testers, DevOps, business analysts) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks for the engineering team
Proactively manage project milestones, risks, resource allocation, and change requests
Maintain project governance, documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communication
Support technical discussions and architecture reviews in Java and AWS environments
Drive continuous improvement in development and delivery processes aligned with Agile principles
Facilitate collaboration between product and engineering teams to align priorities and quality goals
