Project Manager (Software)

Manage software development and AI implementation projects from initiation to completion

Gather and document client requirements, scope, and success criteria

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

Coordinate with developers, designers, and AI engineers

Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

Track project progress, risks, and dependencies

Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and timelines

Manage change requests and scope adjustments professionally

Prepare project status reports and conduct regular client updates

Support UAT, deployment, and project handover

Ensure documentation, SOPs, and project records are properly maintained

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

2–5+ years of experience in software project management
