Project Manager

• Engage the stakeholders or end-users to ascertain their requirements
• Assist in preparing submissions and obtaining project request approval from various authorized platforms
• Initiate the project following the university's project initiation processes, procedures and guidelines
• Manage the project from inception, conceptualization, feasibility studies, designs, execution, closure and handover stages
• Engage in the process of appointing and managing consultants and contractors
• Draft, obtain endorsement and manage contracts (JBCC or SLA)
• Compile tender documents and initiate tender process
• Participate in the tender evaluation process
• Advice best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises
