Introduction
We are a growing residential construction and property-development company specialising in high-quality plot-and-plan homes and bespoke residential builds. We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to take full ownership of multiple projects from commencement through to practical completion and hand over.
Duties & Responsibilities
End-to end management of residential construction projects
Programme planning, scheduling, and timeline control
Budget tracking, cost control, and variation management
Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Quality control, snag lists, and practial completion
Client communication and progress reporting
Compliance with NHBRC requirements and building regulations
Desired Experience & Qualification
3-5+ years experience as a Project Manager in residential constrution
