Project Manager

Job Summary

Lenoza Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage operational projects within our cleaning and facilities services portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects in line with contractual requirements over a 3-year period.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Oversee operational teams and subcontractors
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with SLA's, health & safety, and quality standards
• Prepare progress reports and documentation
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
