Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and manage building maintenance projects from initiation to close-out
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and service providers
• Ensure effective allocation of resources and materials

Contract & Contractor Management

• Manage appointed contractors and service providers
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs and contracts
• Verify work completed and approve progress claims
• Ensure compliance with procurement and contractual requirements

Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure maintenance works comply with client's standards, building regulations, and SANS requirements
• Enforce compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Construction Regulations
