  The role An experienced Project Manager (Specialist) is required to lead a comprehensive organisational structure review within a complex operational environment. This role will deliver a full diagnostic and transformation package including organisational design recommendations, process mapping, role mapping and an implementation roadmap, supported by executive-level reporting and presentations.
